Model withdrawal form (Annex I, Part B, of Directive 2011/83/EU), for consumers resident in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom. The right of withdrawal no longer applies once access to the programme has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement, given at checkout (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
